The Department of Geology and Geophysics at Texas A&M University continues to seek candidates to fill an assistant professorship in the general area of Siliciclastic Sedimentology/Stratigraphy. This includes but is not limited to one or more of the following research topics: sequence stratigraphy, the sedimentary record of long-term climate change, and depositional processes. We seek applicants with strong potential to collaborate with current faculty as well as potential to interact with the Integrated Ocean Drilling Program (which is housed within the College of Geosciences at Texas A&M).
