Travel Awards to GSA Annual Meeting
22-25 October 2017, Seattle, Washington
The Geological Society of America<http://www.geosociety.org/> (GSA) is now accepting applications for its On To the Future<http://community.geosociety.org/OTF/home/> (OTF) travel award program. Recipients receive partial funding to attend their first GSA Annual Meeting<http://www.geosociety.org/AnnualMeeting>, 22-25 October 2017, in Seattle, Washington. This program is open to diverse undergraduate and graduate students studying at two- and four-year colleges and to recent graduates. At the meeting, students will be paired with a mentor, meet with GSA leadership, and learn about field and research opportunities. GSA encourages low-income, minority, first-generation, non-traditional, women, veterans, and students with disabilities to apply.
