Paleonetters:

The latest issue of Palaeontologia Electronica has been released.  This
issue is notable because this the first year we've published 3 issues,
and the first issue in which all manuscripts moved through our new
web-based submission system.  

Because submissions are rapidly increasing, look to see more frequently
published issues in coming years, more articles per issue, and even
shorter manuscript turnaround times.
