2) Three popular Treatise volumes that have been out of print for  
several years have been reprinted and are now available:

Part H, vol. 1 (1997): $100
Part L, vol. 4 (1998): $75
Part R, vol. 3-4 (1992): $90

In the near future, all Treatise volumes will be available in hard  
copy. These will be reprinted in stages, so please let us know if you  
have urgent need for any particular volume.
