Hello Norman

Martin H here (this is my ucl email adress)

This sounds like a wonderful oppertunity, however I'm right in thinking
its only for people born in the US and as I'm welsh there basically no
point in applying? also i am unfirmiliar with the system used in the us,
is it a post doc thing or can people without a phd apply?
