Paleonet: One week left to propose GSA topical sessions

Hi Warren,

I would propose it as either a Pardee or a Topical Session, but not both (I'm assuming you mean a Pardee session rather than a Penrose Conference; if you mean Penrose, then that's strictly through GSA). Note that GSA regards Pardees are very high profile, so they are quite competitive. Whichever you choose, you can list PS sponsorship.

Topical sessions are a great way to make sure that the topics that most interest you are the ones on the schedule at the meeting because you organize the talks and invite the speakers. Contact me, the society's program coordinator, to get Paleontological Society sponsorship.
