*Asociacion Paleontologica Argentina. Celebrating  volume 50 of Ameghiniana:
re-launching of a journal*****

Celebrating the publication of Volume 50 of *Ameghiniana*, the Asociación
Paleontológica Argentina is pleased to inform the international
paleontological community that from this volume (year 2013) we will be
publishing *six annual issues* instead of the four current ones. This
should substantially reduce publication time for authors choosing our
journal to publish the results of their research. In this sense, we are
also re-structuring our Editorial Committee —that currently includes seven
editors— to be replaced by a *Scientific Editorial Board* of over 20
specialists covering a wide range of disciplines in Paleontology. The
*Scientific
Editorial Board*will be constituted by internationally renowned specialists
with a solid academic background, guaranteeing high-quality standards for
accepted manuscripts and thus an enhanced international visibility of *
Ameghiniana*. A *Technical Editorial Board *will be exclusively dedicated
to processing accepted manuscripts, which will result in a faster editorial
process.****

At the same time, we are launching a special international offer to
purchase the *complete collection of Ameghiniana* (except out-of-print
issues) plus the international subscription at the cost of *U$ 2000* plus
delivery charges.****
