Paleonet: 3D printing companies

Hi Phil,
Does your university have an mechanical engineering/manufacturing design
department? (or is there one nearby?)
While you could get a professional company to do it (I don't know of any in
the US, sorry), we have good links with our own engineering department who
have high-end 3D printers for rapid prototyping.
Might be worth exploring - perhaps also a cheaper option too.
