Paleonet: Mystery specimen

I just searched GeoDeepDive for mentions of this specimen, and as far as I
can tell it doesn't appear to have been mentioned by name ("8220") in any
publication in our corpus. Hope someone has it listed in their catalog,
because the scientific literature seems to have nothing!
