Policy and Outreach Intern, The Geological Society, London, UK
We’re looking for an early-career or graduate Earth Scientist with lots of enthusiasm for communicating geoscience and its importance to society who wants to get some experience in outreach and science policy. You will be joining the science and communications team working among people working in the areas of geoscience policy, outreach, communications, digital communications and education.
The main purpose of the role is to support the Society’s policy and outreach work by drafting and designing reports and materials on a number of critical geoscience policy issues and supporting the wider activities of the External Relations team.
