Hi Roy,
I've always referred to the two articles by Matthews (1973) and Bengtson
(1988) - older papers, but not much changes!
https://www.palass.org/sites/default/files/media/publications/palaeontology/volume_16/vol16_part4_pp713-719.pdf
https://www.palass.org/sites/default/files/media/publications/palaeontology/volume_31/vol31_part1_pp223-227.pdf
Bengston provides a revision/discussion of Matthews, and Matthews in turn
of Richter.
All the best,
Tony.
