Paleonet: Clarification

Just to clarify my request, I do have a downloaded version of the Holm paper. What I need is some way to know the original size of the scanned pages. Holm did not provide a scale in his drawings, just magnifications like 13x. So I need the actual page size to measure his figures. Thanks again - Roy
