Paleonet: Call for nominations for ICS Chair and Vice-Chair 2024-2028

Dear Palaeonetters,
The International Commission on Stratigraphy have opened their call for nominations for the next Chair and Vice-Chair (2024-2028). It is important to receive nominations from a range of candidates who have suitable experience to take up what is a most important position. Consideration will be given to geographical and disciplinary diversity, gender balance and equal participation. Nominations must include two letters of recommendation, the nominee's short CV and publication list, as well as an agreement and motivation statement. For more details see the attached PDF. Nominations are to be sent via email to the Chair of the Nomination Committee, Lucia Angiolini, by 25th July, 2023 (lucia.angiolini at unimi.it). Self-nominations are accepted.
