Paleonet: 4th Palaeontological Virtual Congress (2nd Circular)

Dear friends and colleagues,

New abstract submission deadline! 22nd of March

 After three successful editions, with more than 535 assistants belonging
to 56 different nationalities and 282 contributions, we have considered to
organise the 4th Palaeontological Virtual Congress (4th PVC) with the same
purpose of spreading worldwide the most recent scientific advances in
palaeontology in a fast, easy and economical way. This new edition will
take place on 8-22 May 2023, being exclusively developed in a virtual
environment, and organised by a young group of researchers. Oral and slides
communications about any palaeontological field will be presented through
an online platform created ad hoc. The simplicity of this new format will
allow for low-cost registration fees (5€) and saving travel and maintenance
expenses for the delegates. Consequently, this initiative aims to give
international projection to the paleontological research carried out by
groups with limited economic resources and promoting the participation of
palaeontologists from developing countries.
