The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) in Toronto is inviting candidates for a post-doctoral position in one of the Natural History fields represented in our Museum, including Palaeontology.
https://royalontariomuseum.applytojob.com/apply/UVqhXz8hAT/Rebanks-Postdoctoral-Fellowship-1Year-Contract
The post doc position is scheduled to start January 2024. Please note that strong preference will be given to Canadians and permanent residents.
I am also looking for PhD students starting Sept 2024 to work on the Burgess Shale - this would be fully funded positions through the Dpt of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Toronto, but the students will be based at the ROM. Find more here: https://eeb.utoronto.ca/education/graduate/graduate-admissions/
Both opportunities are very competitive with upcoming deadlines of early December.
Feel free to connect with me if you are considering applying to any of these positions. Please include a CV, references and a research proposal.
