Paleonet: McKee and Resser 1944 Cambrian transgression diagram

To all,

My colleagues and I are presently involved in a revamping of the Cambrian
stratigraphy and paleontology of the Grand Canyon. As part of this study,
we will be revamping the classic diagram of McKee (see attached). We know
that this diagram has had a wide-spread impact on Geology and has been used
in several Geology textbooks.

What I am requesting from all of you is a list of textbooks that has used
this diagram.  My library is very limited (I am a retired high school
teacher, living in a small town). I am particularly interested in the
diagram showing up in textbooks from other countries.

At present, I have 11 citations (Boggs, 1995; Cooper et al., 1986; Dunbar
and Rodgers, 1957; Eicher et al., 1980; Foster, 1978, Nations and Stump,
1981; Press and Sevier, 1974; Prothero, 1990; Read and Watson, 1962;
Strahler, 1981; Wicander and Monroe, 2004).

I would appreciate your help.
